A guided session of breathing and gentle movement connects mother and child. Simple stretches and playful exercises encourage relaxation, shared energy, and joyful presence.

Dance & Movement of Joy
Move together through guided dance and playful stretches. Twirl, sway, and let laughter flow as you celebrate movement, connection, and joy in your shared space.

Gentle Touch
Mothers and daughters are guided through a simple and soothing mindful touch practice designed to calm the nervous system and create a feeling of safety.
