The Heart of Little Rituals
Our story
As a mother of two, I have felt what so many mothers feel — how quickly the years unfold. One moment they are small in your arms, and the next they are stepping forward into their own world.
I am Jasmine, holding a Master’s degree in psychology, with over a decade of experience guiding transformational retreats and group experiences. I have facilitated more than 100 retreats over the past 10 years — creating magical spaces for reflection, growth, and meaningful connection.
My background in psychology, yoga, meditation, and therapeutic practices has shaped the way I hold space: gently, intentionally, and with deep respect for emotional safety.
Living in the natural beauty of Ibiza, I have witnessed the power of intentional gatherings to create lasting impact.
Yet my deepest inspiration came not from retreats — but from motherhood.
In raising my own children, I began to feel how much our modern world moves without pause. We have fewer shared traditions. Fewer sacred markers to honour the seasons of childhood. And I felt a quiet longing — to bring back moments that hold meaning.
Moments that become memories.
Little Rituals was born from this realisation.
A desire to create beautiful, emotionally safe ceremonies where mothers and daughters can slow down, connect, and honour this precious stage of life. Experiences that gently mark time — not with grand gestures, but with presence, care, and love.
Because these years are sacred.
And they deserve to be remembered.
Crafted with care
Each Little Ritual is created with deep intention, presence, and love.
From the selection of natural elements to the rhythm of the ceremony itself, every detail is thoughtfully considered. The flowers, the scents, the setting, the words spoken — all are chosen to create a space where mothers and daughters feel safe, seen, and gently guided.
We work in harmony with nature and the seasons, allowing each gathering to reflect the beauty of its surroundings here in Ibiza. Small groups ensure intimacy. Soft structure allows authenticity. Rituals are guided, yet spacious enough for your own connection to unfold naturally.
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is performative.
These ceremonies are not about spectacle, but about presence — about creating a memory that lingers quietly in the heart.
“This was more than a ceremony — it was a memory I know we will both carry forever. My daughter felt so seen and special, and I felt deeply connected to her in a way that everyday life rarely allows.”
